2011 3500 Questions

I just picked up a new, at least to me, 2011 3500 CC/LB SRW on Friday. Very clean one owner, the previous owner must have put in the husky floor mats on day one because the carpet under them look like they have never been stepped on. Just a few questions, there are a couple of items on the roof a black box looking item that is on the passenger side at the rear. Then at the rear middle there is a short stub that is sticking out of the roof that looks like you can screw something on to it.

Black thing looks like Sat Radio antenna! Did he have a commercial two way radio installed. Chris
