2011 68rfe trans codes

I am looking for someone who can tell me what the P02E9 code is for and why i cant clear it or several other dtc codes?

i have a 2011 6.7l ho slt 3500 4x4 w/h&s and deleted. i made the mistake and overheated the trans, my bad. but it started throwing trans codes 933,721,935,841 this put me in limp mode. so i did a service and found it melted the plastic for the spin on filter. replaced with ats metal one and new valve body w/solenoid. noe i am still in limp mode no engine light and the only code i have is the P02E9.

Did you do the re-learn cycle that is mandatory for that Trans after these changes?
If it isn't done, the trans will burn up at the first WOT.

this one will really take the cake, the brand new output shaft sensor that i just put in the end of it came of and there were copper wires wraped in the gear.
