2011 Lift pump?

on a 5500 cab n chassis cummins, is there a lift pump in the tank? Also a way to cycle it without starting the truck? Diagnosing low power with no stored engine codes.

Yes there is one.

It can be cycled by short cranking the engine without starting it. Bump the starter and it should run for ~30 seconds.

Just a follow up, putting the “key” to the run position cycles the fuel pump. If you try to bump the starter it continues to spin the starter until the truck starts.
