2012 6.7 Cooling System Maintenance

I have some time over the next month to get some maintenance done on my truck. Now has just over 70K miles. All seems to be working fine, so this is preventive maintenance.

As so many others know so much more than I, input is requested.

Truck is due to for coolant change. So, I thought I would:

(1) Drain coolant
(2) Remove and replace water pump
(3) Remove and replace thermostat
(4) Remove and replace idler pulley, belt tensioner, and serpentine belt
(5) Remove and replace radiator cap
(6) Replace coolant

Questions:

(1) Hoses - when I was a teenager I would replace a cooling system hose that is ten years old. Seeing how that is "a year or two" ago (=50 years ago); I wonder if that is still necessary. In addition, I wonder if I need to worry about hoses other than the upper and lower radiator hose.

(2) Coolant - HOAT or OAT? When I search I see two possibilities - Mopar 68048953AB and Zerex GO5. Does it matter? Also, is it still best approach to mix with distilled water?

(3) Finally, this does not seem to be terribly challenging from a technical sense. Any particular pitfalls I should be aware of?

70k? Change the coolant and call it a day - your stuff is pristine, almost new.
Never ever in life I'd change anything here if it ain't broken. All that stuff very likely will do another 70k easily.

I had to do coolant do to turbo actuator failure. Truck had over 160K on her so I opted to replace the hoses while in there. If there are no tell tale signs of failures with anything, why replace? Wait until theres issue or double the mileage as @Ozymandias stated. I believe HOAT is what is called for in your truck (double check me), concentrate with distilled water in the best $ value.

I was watching a video by Motor City Mechanic on thermostat replacement (the truck was 2008, I think - earlier than mine). He pointed out that in order to replace the thermostat you must do one-half of the "Perform Maintenance" EGR cleaning and CCV replacement. I went out and looked at that truck and I did the "Perform Maintenance" at approximately 60K miles.

I think I'll look carefully, squeeze hoses, etc., and think on doing such work at around 120K - which will be in about five years for me.

Other viewpoints welcome.
