If your travel trailer has been drawing 12 volt dc current, in other words refrigerator and other appliances on and trailer not plugged in to ac house power, you've simply discharged the trailer and truck batteries.
The Dodge does not have an isolation relay as standard equipment. Most serious RVers install a high current continuous duty cycle relay under the hood and route a new, larger gauge wire back to the seven pin connector to feed the trailer 12 volt supply line.
Disconnect your trailer from the truck when the trailer is not plugged in to 115 vac house power or install an isolation relay to prevent a reoccurrence.
For now, disconnect the trailer from your truck and recharge the truck batteries. Your trailer's ac/dc converter should recharge the trailer batteries if plugged in to house power.
