2012 ram cummins 6.7l no boost response, no codes

I have a 2012 ram cummins 6.7l, it has a wicked wheel in the turbo, bd exhaust manifold, new gaskets & studs.. Afe intake manifold, new sinister egr delete, new flo-pro exhaust 5 inch - turbo back.. H&s minimaxx, s&b cold air intake.

The truck idles fine, when i begin to drive it, the turbo has almost no response, very low pressure, zero codes pop up.. It acts like its in derate. Heavy smoke, very loud & weak power..

Can anyone help figure out what is wrong with this beast..?

ALREADY CHECKED FOR BLOWN FUSES, BAD WIRING & EXHAUST LEAKS, NONE...

yes, all good.. checked all the turbo harness connections & they are all clean & tight, no cut or pinched wires. ECM wires are all clean & good..
FYI, this truck only has 34,000 miles.. it ran fine on a Torque Tech tune, after de-tuning & flashing the ECM to factory, the problem started after the new tuning from an H&S mini maxx.. i even tried to de-tune again numerous times & re-tune with both the Torque tech & the mini maxx. nothing has worked so far..
