2012 Trouble code, p-2002, 49J, 0750, 0405

The truck has approx 24,500 miles completly stock. Driving back home, truck would not shift out of 4th gear, had a cel and it acted as if the emergency brake was on when taaking of from a standing start, any thoughts ? Thanks ahead of time, Skip

Didnt see a 49J code but I am sure someone on here will know it

Here is an update on the problem, tried the key on / off trick and did not see any codes, I may have been looking in the wrong spot. I cleard the codes with a scan tool after checking the key idea. Took it out for a short spin, seems to shift ok but still have the CEL. What I could use is the cause and possible fix, truck goes to the dealer on Friday and was hoping to be ahead of the curve so I'm not sold a bill of goods as far as information in concered, Thanks again Skip

Turning the key on/off does not work on these newer trucks.
