2013 ram p003a

I have a 2013 Cummins fully deleted straight piped and tuned (EFI LIVE). It has 110,000 miles I use this truck 75% of the time it’s hooked on a trailer. About a month ago my exhaust break quit working (used 100% of the time). I well as p003a which I have read is most likely the turbo actuator. The truck still runs decent even though I have lost about 8psi in boost and my exhaust break quit working. Just wondering my next steps and what and I should replace everything with if it is the actuator or the turbo itself.
