The local dealer got in a 2014 for a special order for someone. I got to checkout the truck. The new chassie and suspension was neat but what really stood out were the 18" wheels:--). They were really nice spoke design that the spokes split on their way away from the hub. Also the center cap was really nice. I should have taken a pic as I can't find the wheels anywhere. The dealer has no info about them. The build sheet has a part number that does not come up, it's a ram part number just not in the system. Anyone have any info on these new wheels? I would really like to get a set for my 2013.

just buy something similar that is aftermarket... it would be way cheaper... . unless you just have to have them

Give Dave Smith Motors, or some of the other high volume dealers a call. They may have some factory take-offs. Shipping may be a killer unless you find some nearby.

I got the build sheet with the part number of the wheels from the truck that I saw with those wheels the part number does not come up when put in the dealer's parts computer. Now why would Ram tease me with a wheel I can't find in their system... lol

Ed,

If this works like Daimler then what has happened is the part number shown is either a production part number (as opposed to a replacement part) or simply has not been priced in the system yet as there as not been a call for it.

Your dealer should be able to submit a request for pricing (again if this works like Daimler).

Mike.

Build sheets do not have part #s only option codes. The Parts dept should be able to enter the trucks vin and it should filter out the parts that are not used on the truck
