2014 2500 engine problem

Hello all, I have a 2014 2500 just finished my delete about 3 months ago. I went with an EZ link and CTT tunes. I have and intake and 4-inch straight pipe exhaust. I have a 5-position switch and sometimes on start up the engine sounds like it is missing. If I switch to a different setting it goes away but if I switch back it is there again. Has anyone had this issue? Is it a loose wire or something?

Sounds like a tuning issue if you can change the tune to a different level and go back its there again.
