2014 Dodge 2500 progamers and delete options

Hello everyone I am new to this site and was possibly wondering if someone could post me in the right direction to find out about all my options for programmers and small deletes.Due to the fact I live in California I do have to smog my truck.
i have a 2014 Dodge 2500 6.7 CC 4x4 short bed.

I'm confused. You live in California and want to delete but need the be able to pass emissions? Am I understanding that correct. If so you can just buy a emissions compliant tuner from Ray @Double R Diesel and not do any deletes and I believe still pass emissions!

Sorry should have been a little more clear. I want to leave all the emissions parts under the hood on but be able to shut them off and then just remove the DPF and DEF temporarily until I need to put it back on for smog reasons. I want the sound of the exhaust to be louder.

Go to igotacummins forum and ask that question. There is a lot of pretty knowledgeable guys there. I'm not sure that is possible to do exactly what you want. But they will know. I'm a lifetime member there and it's a fantastic online Diesel community.
