2014 Ram 2500

So I see three other changes for 2014 that I didn't catch before is there will be 18" and 20" wheel options, coil spring rear suspension instead of leafs, and option for air bags instead of leafs, but one change I think went the wrong way is no more independent front suspension on 2wd. Not sure about a straight axle on a 2wd but I like the other changes and features coming available. Changing to rear coil springs is significant, will be interesting to see how much that affects ride quality. And finally 20" wheels, took Dodge (oops, Ram) long enough to get on that bandwagon.

Did you note any changes to the 3500? Maybe all those were done on the 13's.

Air bags should be an option later in the 2014 model year for 3500s. The chassis cabs have used a solid front axle for 2WD for some years.

The 2014 2500's are supposed to have the option of airbags in place of the rear springs for load leveling.
The 3500's are supposed to have a leaf spring for axle location with an air bag supporting the weight.
