2014 Ram 3500 Brakes but NO Power Steering!!

Put my truck into 4wd to pull out of a ditch and as soon as got back on the rd I lost power steering. I still have good brakes but no steering at all. There a loud " vibration noise especially while in gear at a low rpm now and my high pressure line going into my hydro boost is vibrating to the touch pretty badly. If there a pressure relief valve that stuck somewhere that would cause me to lose steering and not brakes??

This is the vibrating line.

There os a Teflon inner lining within this line from the pump to the brake booster that can collapse and close the hydraulic circuit.
You can unscrew that line on the brake booster and pull out that liner, reconnect and it should work properly after.

That is not the issue I have already pulled those lines off and checked.

Also the high pressure line coming into the hydro is getting instantly scalding hot to the touch if that helps..

Ok, did you check if you have flow from the Booster to the Steering Gear?

Now either the Booster or the Gear blocks your flow.
