2014 TPS question - lower pressure warning level?

Is there any way to reset the TPS system so that it will not flash under 55lbs? I have aftermarket tires that will only take 65 lbs and the TPS warning light is on and the display is flashing. The dealer reset the fill PSI to 55lbs but the warning light still is on and display keeps flashing. Two dealerships have tried to fix it with zero luck.

TPMS. TPS = Throttle Position Sensor. Had me perplexed for a moment.

Mine is a 3500 dually, I have my rear tires inflated to 40 psi, don't have any issues.
