Ooh, you are so right about the grill. It appears the market is now open for someone to offer an after-market replacement.

I think that butt ugly grill is only for the Laramie Limited version. Fortunately, I have no interest in a Laramie Limited... lots of money for useless bling and eye candy. I'm interested in reliable towing and hauling ability with some nice interior appointments and a Laramie would be just fine. :)

I knew the grill is for Limited models but I still hate it. Let's hope is doesn't bleed off onto more affordable models.

If you look up the word gaudy in the dictionary it has a picture of that grill. Are they going to also put the enormous RAM letters on the tailgate like the half-ton, too?

They are most likely trying rip the last bit of the Dodge lineage out of the trucks. The bold crosshair grill will stay with Dodge while the Rams will get this.

Sorta of similar to the BIG dumb lettering used on Ford or Chevy trucks

The big RAM letters on the tailgate won't bother me since the tailgate will be removed and will be leaned up against my shop wall and covered. It won't be re-installed until the truck is traded in or sold.

I think these tailgate letters are easily removed. Wouldn't want to lose my tailgate - mounted camera.

I can live with the grill but....the tailgate is ugly and I heard a rumor that the letters can be taken off but the tailgate is also stamped so you can't remove it completely without body work...uugh!

Looks like it will be a 6.7L Big Horn 3500 4X4 SRW LWB 8' at the most. The grill is the Ugliness i have ever seen on any vehicle, in a long time.

American Motors must have secretly bought Fiat in the 70's and lost the paperwork when AMC failed in the 80's. They sure we're ugly, and would have failed earlier, if it wasn't for owning the Jeep brand. Or, they asked Toyota if they could design a truck grill for them.
