comrades - my 2018 2500 has a very slight light throttle surge/miss. it is only noticeable in higher gears, mostly in 5th at around 50 and 6th at 55-60. empty. all temps and all elevations. 5500 altitude to 10,000 altitude. the condition will even make the drivetrain load and unload and clunk. 3500 miles on truck. done it since day one. just curious. thanks in advance. cheers!

Check your RPM’s and see if it always does it around the same RPM. Mine has had a glitch from an ECM update in 09, and only during regen. Symptoms are no power below 2000 RPM and then when I reach 2000 RPM, it takes off like a bat out hell. You can’t stop it, and if you push in clutch it’ll red line for a second but seems like an eternity. I had to go with a dual disk clutch to hold the power when towing heavy.

Yes, I used to get some strange behavior during regen like this. Haven't noticed it after the last update though.
