Questions
Truck is a 2018 Tradesman 4WD with the Aisin transmission and a 3.73 rear axle.
1. My old truck was a 2005 dually 2WD with a six speed. On the label for weights on the drivers side front door panel for the old truck, it had two numbers, one for a light load and a larger number for a heavy load. This truck has only one number and does not give numbers for light or heavy loads. Am I missing something as I do not see anything in the owners manual?
2. I'll be towing a 14k fifth wheel about 3k pin weight. What would be good tire pressures for this load?
3. I had, after reading extensively on the TDR, used Power Service in my old truck even before the articles in the 8-10/17 TDR and the 5-7/18 TDR in which they were recommended or approved by Cummins. Is the recommendation to use a fuel additive applicable to a 2018 truck since the emission system is very different from the 05 truck?
4. Truck has the built in trailer brake controller. I have hooked up the electrical cord but not actually hooked up to the trailer. I cannot get the controller to move to "Heavy Electrical" even after having a copy of the manual and following the instructions. Have tried twice and the instructions are not too involved.
Any secrets here?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'll answer tire pressure question. I don't see if your SRW or DRW so I'll assume training wheels.

Front 80psi
Your rear unloaded is about 3.3k. Adding 3k of pin brings you to 6.3k. That equates to tire load of 1575lb. TRA says a LT235/80-17 can carry 1570@35 psi or 1725@40psi.

I would run 1870@45 until you get it weighted. The extra pressure would give you margin in case you pin weight is low or my axle weight chart was low.

Ps. If you are SRW give me the tire size and I'll look at the tables for you.
