Are the exhaust and intake valves/seats the same on the 2019+ heads as the 2018 and prior heads? Am looking to upgrade the exhaust and intake seats while I have the head off while doing the Hamilton flat tappet conversion (along with many other things) and am trying to make sure I source the correct oversize valve seats. Thanks.

Why would you want to upgrade the seats? No Cummins B series has ever had a problem with seats as far as I recall. Valve last is now 150k so if there was a seat concern you would probably need a valve adjustment long before that.
If you have the head off for the cam replace (along with many other things) Have you considered installing the dimpled pistons offered by Speed of Air? It would be interesting to see a members actual results instead of the advertising results quoted by some shops.

I’ve seen several videos and read several instances of the 6.7L dropping exhaust valve seats due to high temps. Just about every reman head comes with oversized seats installed.

Was not looking at upgrading pistons. The folks over at D&J Precision Machine have seemed to indicate they have not had good luck with the company who makes those pistons previously…

isn't that generally the case.. there are companies out there who need business, so they engage in some clever marketing regarding a potential problem ( no matter how small that problem is) and use the internet and social media to spread news of the "problem" and get unsuspecting people to buy into their proposed solution?

Banks is a perfect example. anybody really need an intake horn or a finned cover for their differential on an other wise stock truck, yet people still buy them. :)

Diff cover, wholeheartedly agree. However, I do know someone who has the grid heater bolt break off. Too close for comfort on that one.
