2019 Jeep they disappear.

Randomly on the 2019 Grand Cherokee my presets on SXM change to crap like CNN and random music channels I would never use.
I reset to my favorite channels like 350 Red White and Booze then a few days later back to crap GRRR

By any chance you have 2 fobs?

Because Radio channels and the whole Radio settings can be made to remember the fob that is used to open the car - but it must be saved with the door buttons that you use for the seat memory.

Simple said fob 1 is you, fob 2 is your wife - this function can be disabled in the vehicles settings.

It very much sounds like this.
