Shell has some nice rebates through Farm supply stores through 31 October 2020. Search Shell Rotella rebates to find all the info. I bought a 5 gallon pail of T4 at $7.20 a gallon. At my local Rural King, I requested a price match with Walmart ($59 vice $63 at Rural King) and used my Harvest Credit Card for 5% off (issued by Rural King) and then submitted to Shell online for the $20 rebate. Walmart isn't a participant in the rebate program so that is why I purchased at Rural King with the Walmart price match. Amazingly, I received my $20 rebate in the mail 12 days after submission. If you want cheaper oil, do the same procedure with Mobil Delvac for under $6 a gallon after rebate and Walmart price match. PQIA provides the latest oil test results on a long list of diesel oils. I have used Mobil Delvac in most of my oil changes, but I think T4 is a better oil when you compare additive numbers and other testing factors. I use KEEPA.com to monitor Fleetguard LF16035 and Donaldson DBL7349 synthetic media filters. Have been purchasing 2 packs of these oil filters for about $20 ($10 ea) on Amazon. So, haven't paid more than $30 an oil change since owning my 2011.
