Parking in a persons garage for free for the next 3 months my wife says we need a total new kitchen . Carpenter needs our two car garage for his tools etc. hard winter here now . I have access to the truck which is about 7 miles away but we really only need one car so I will plug the trickle chargers in and lock it up. How often should I go take it for a drive and how far . Anything else this is new to me?

I like to drive mine every two weeks to get it hot, but they are fine for much longer. A couple months isn’t an issue.

When you do drive it make sure the engine and trans get up to temp. Don’t go and idle it just to run it, that’s worse than sitting.

My 15 DRW sets from April to October no trickle charger starts no problem.
