I saw this yesterday and thought it would make good conversation...

I took a close look at the pictures of the cluster and center stack, and see that they rendered a diesel by the tach red line and the exhaust brake button.

Wonder if the 2025+ will have a different transmission. Kind of hope they bring the HO to the 2500 for those that want the power.

Also heard ramblings in other places that they might stick that Hurricane engine in the HDs too.

Dang. I like that interior. Steering wheel not so much. Otherwise looks cool. I have a 2022 limited and am very happy with the performance and interior. Mega cab has been nice for hauling the camper on long road trips. 2 kids and 2 dogs. They have plenty of room. The center hump in the rear would be cool to get rid of. Then it would be perfect.

I doubt that steering wheel would come on a Tradesman or Big Horn. But the upper packages possibly. I see a lot of HUD settings on the steering wheel. HUD's seem like all the rage now. I drove a high end F-450 that had that, and I found it very distracting at least for me so I turned it off. I guess it depends on the person.

One of the huge selling points next to the diesel engine, was the no-hump floor in my 1500 EcoD. I find in my work 2020 3500 it actually limits me putting certain tall boxes of goods, where in my 1500 they'll slide in no problem because no hump. Plus, I'm a little guy and I have already slept on the floor of my EcoD during an overnight excursion. Sure beats spending money on a motel room.

I'm itching for 2 more gears on the Cummins. I don't know if a 10 speed would be good behind a Cummins... I guess it depends on how it's geared along with the drive axle final drive ratio.

We had a rental F-350 Stake Rack truck regular cab with the huge 7.3l V8 gas engine, and unloaded I was getting 9.8 mpg! Loaded I was getting 7.2 mpg! I drove it today and it had the 10 speed in it and it was the most horrible shifting truck I've ever driven. The damn thing couldn't decide which gear it wanted to be in. 7,8,9, or 10 loaded, and 9 or 10 unloaded. Could never own a truck that did that. Also watching that gas gauge go down was interesting. After driving that, makes me love diesel.

IDK... Different for sure, not for me. Every time I see a tesla with white interior I think OMG WHY? I have an Accord with light creme interior and I always think im one step away from a stain that will ruin it. I'll be glad when its gone next year, I also was never a fan of the Red and Blue interiors and was glad when they went to greys, tans, and black. (I always found a car that I liked and then inside was blood red everywhere...). I agree on the one point tho, I will think deeply about buying a new HD if they re-do that cab and put a flat floor in, otherwise no dice. And the 6spd is great.. I like the EB function and feedback, you do not get that with the 10spd.. I for one don't want a 10spd.. it was a driving factor as why I did not consider the Ford or GMC I test drove, no EB feedback, and gear hunting.

JM2C.. glad we have choices tho in this country.
