I am going to put new output seals in my tcase since they are both leaking.

Anybody know how tight the yoke nuts get torqued on?

Any tips on the job?

I can't help you on the torque. I put them back as tight as my impact would tighten them. I can tell you from experience though, be prepared to get a speedi sleeve or a new yoke if you have a lot of miles on your rig. I replaced my rear seal, and it leaked like a sieve until I got a new yoke. I had to replace the seal again after I got the new yoke because it was ruined. I did get some nice yokes for the t-case and pinion though. Tom Wood made me some u-bolt style yokes instead of the strap style.
