I am just under 300K on the factory 215 injectors. I notice allot more smoke (when I don't want to see smoke), especially with the cooler weather and things don't sound as smooth as earlier years. The last few years the truck rarely gets to pull... . all empty miles and alot of intown. I know this does not help.

I really do not want any more power but am most interested in loosing the smoke and stink I now have.

Are there options to send these in for reconditioning? Where?

Or is it best just to get a new set? Who has these same injectors cheap?

I would think these are fine as cores it that helps keep the cost done.

Thanks for any help... .

At 300k you could definitely use some new injectors. I had a set of Bosch 370 marine injectors tested after 100k and several had low pop pressures and irregular spray patterns.

A new set of 215 injectors will cost you $500+ for that price you can easily find a good injector that will help mileage and give you a little more hp at the same time. DDP is building a great reputation with their extrude honed injectors. I'd look into a set of these. Here's a link to the DDP 12 valve injector page I'm guessing you'll be happy with a set of 50hp (formerly stage 2s?) Dynomite Diesel - Injectors - 94-98 12 Valve. Note, these come with the install kit including new copper gaskets. Other injectors may not come with the kit and you'll have to buy one separate which is only about $15-$20

I'm happy with my 370s, they're cheap ($400) injectors and good for some hp but they do smoke and I don't think they're quite what you're looking for.
