215 HP Injectors- Good Deal

I have a deal worked out to be able to provide 215 HP injectors at the best price i have seen, i need several people to make this work ( 15 Min. ) more is better.

I know my 160 HP Baby could use a set, and figure there are a few guys like me out there.

Count me in for atleast one set. I have a friend who probably wants a set also, pending on price. I only want them if they are the POWERWAGON injectors I hear so much about. No other part numbers please. I want the ones that Don D says are so good. If this is what we are ordering tell me who to contact. I want them for an 89 D250 and a set for a 93. They will fit my 89 cause it now has a new head with 7mm holes.

i have been gone this weekend, i will get the PN of the Injectors tommorrow. We are aout 2/3 of the way to making this happen. we have about 8 guys intereste in 19 set so far. I cant make this happen withou at least 15 or so sets being sold. i will email all who respnd with the details, i dont have a final price yet, but the more we buy the better it gets.

Randy, have you checked the thread about the injectors from wwcd2? He said the group purchase price for new 215's were ***outright with a $50 core for your old ones =***. I was going to order them tomorrow unless you think you can do better on the price.

Be careful, bud. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the current group purchase you're referring to will only work for the 24V motors. I almost went for it until I was informed about this.

The injectors are Bosch #0432-193-629 and are supposed to be for the second generation 12V engine. I dont know if they will fit the first generation or not?

I am repling with additional information, I have about 7 poeple that have shown interest in the Injectors, i have worked a a better deal than i orig. thought and can sell them for $250 a set if i get 15 people interested. i have to purchase them 100 pcs at a time to get this so i wont buy without 15 people. Per above these are New Bosch Injectors. Email me if you want in on this price.

That price seems pretty good! I have a '95 manual with the TST 230 kit. What will be better about these new injectors? Will I get better fuel mileage? I haul some pretty big loads. (30K+ gross) I'm getting around 19 - 20 empty now (if I keep my foot out of it!) and I really don't want to give that up. Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, JH

What i have read is this, the injectors in our engines have smaller holes than these and are put under some extra stress by the Plates, they take longer to inject the larger volume o fuel, putting a strain on the pump as well. So by putting in the 215 injectors we get more bottom end torque and it helps get that 30k load moving, and can help your millage some due to better burning of the fuel, injected in a shorter time.

I think that PN is 24 valve injectors. 215s for the 12 valve are not so cheap, I'm afraid.

The 93 back use M12 thread for the line; 94 up to 98. 0 use M14. Therefore, no they won't fit. Early first gen used a larger diameter tip as well. Cummins went to the small tip around the time they added the intercooler to leave more meat around the injector hole so the head wouldn't crack between the hole and the valve seat.

Hi Guys! I have a 1997 2500 2wd that I am starting to upgrade. I'm a new-bee to the diesel world and have lots of questions.
Will just changing the injectors increase the hp? Torque? Performance? How?
