Doubt it, it would probably cost more to do that than to get rid of your truck and buy a '04. 5. Being in MA I have the same setup as you in CA. One of my friends just ordered a '04. 5, I do not think I am going to want to go for a test drive with him when it comes in.

A power box or DD Stage 2 injectors would get you close in terms of dyno hp numbers. Both plus the DD lift pump and Jammer turbo would probably dyno around 400 hp.
