Since he11 froze over and Piers got a 24 valve Ram, I conducted some reserach on the 24 valve head and recently came up with the ultimate package for Sickly.
1. 24 valve head, removed one intake and exhaust valve from each cylinder. Plumbed in nitrous and propane directly using these two ports.
2. Twin HX35 turbos, 12 cm2 housings, 1. 5" exhaust to keep velocity up and blow soot out of the pipe automatically. Stainless steel taipipe tip with pyro probe fitting in it.
3. Opened up the injectors using a bench grinder and diamond whetstone to polish them, for adequate flow of #2 diesel.
4. Converted to two cycle using an Isuzu/Suzuki reground camshaft for an industrial application.
4. 12 cylinder P7100 type injection pump. First 6 plungers feed the injectors for the first two cycles. Second six feed the injectors for the second pair of cycles.
5. Result was 799. 8 hp at 1200 rpm, 1563. 2 hp at 2400 rpm.
