Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 241 DLD transfer case parts breakdown?

I replaced a front bearing on my input shaft yesterday & today I noticed that the T-case won't go into 4wd Low range. I think the ball bearings going through the case may have caused this. Anyone have a parts breakdown sheet?

do you need part names/numbers, or just a teardown rebuild procedure?

My synchronizer hub was missing one of the snap rings which hold the 3 inserts in place. I replaced themtoday & shifts good as new. Thanks.
