Was going to adjust valves for something to do this morning. Havent moved a thing yet. Following manual, Hayes... not a Mopar, and things seem way off here. Please help if you could. The long rocker is the ext. and the short rocker is the int. on my 24v... . Correct???? Cylinders should count 6,4,2,1,3,5... . front to rear... . Front being the fan, rear being the trans..... Correct???????? If this is all right then why is everything so far out of adjustment. #1 int-. 012, #2 int-. 002, #4 int-. 012, #1 ext-. 002, #3 ext-. 020, #5 ext-. 002... ..... The number 2 int, and number 1 and 5 ext. have me really freacky out right now. I should be checking 1,2,4 int. and 1,3,5 ext. at TDC... Correct???? Never done this before and I do not want to screw this up!! Any help would be great. Or a phone number of someone who would be willing to talk about this today...

AT TDC intake rockers 1-2-4 . 010 exhaust rockers 1-3-5 . 020 pump gear at 6o'clock adjust intake rockers 3-5-6 . 010 exhaust rockers 2-4-6 . 020 hope this helps.

Thanks so much Partyat33, if you ever need anything I'm less than an hour away, so just call. Like maybe testing your next set of twins you build... Ha Ha
