Archived 24V valve guides!!!

Hey guys. Hate to beg, but time is limited. I have 8 junk valve guides at 100,000mls, and there are none available anywhere that I can find (in short notice), as they just punch a 7mm hole in the head for valves. I know Cummins doesn't just junk the head when guides puke. Any thoughts??????? Thanks... T

Back in my other life as part-time auto mechanic, we used to commonly knurl worn valve guides, then resize them - actually was better than stock, since the knurling process allowed better oiling for the stems... Dunno if anyone does that anymore, or if knurling tools are easily available...
