Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) $2500 for a 97 cummins??

Well, finally convinced my bro-in-law to take the 460 out of his 97 ford and put in a CTD. we found a 97 with 80,000 miles on it for 2500$. not sure at the moment whether it is a 215 or 180 pumped truck. I think 2500 is pretty reasonable, what do you guys think?

heck yeah thats a good price... . does everything come with the motor??? i know alot of times they dont include things like alternator, starter, etc;

Yup, its all there. Actually, the entire truck minus the rear axle. the body is trashed. Not sure yet whether or not it is a 4-wheel or auto. If it is a 4-wheel, we are going to use the eng/trans/x-case in the ford. if its 2-wheel, we will use the ford 4R100 trans.
