27 hp & 6% more mpg with flexalite

I just saw an ad for 27 hp and 6% better mpg with a flex-a-lite cooling fan. Anybody have one yet or are they too new?

I saw them in diesel power under new products. I didn't see a price though. With an electric clutch on our fans I'm not sure this would help that much. I sure would like to hear some first hand info.

Several have tried them and they seem to work well..... Dyno gain was 0 to +2 HP (I believe). The MPG was no change or very little change, no way 6% though. Also they are not to be used if you tow very heavy.

The viscous fan on the CTD is about as good as it gets, it act as a variable speed fan in relation to water temp.
