Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 275 injectors

Just installed 275 injectors and all i have to say is wow!!!!

what a difference next on the bomb list is edge comp cant wait to see how that will increase the HP only complaint is how fast i go through the gears and this is no sports car transmission

275's and a comp are a good combo, you will really be amazed at what the comp will do for you, when you get to Jackso give me a PM , I am just over the hill from you.

You can't go wrong with 275's . They give you big push for very low price.

How much differance is there REALLY between 275s and DD1s??? The reason for my question is that I have a new set of 275s in my closet that I paid $239 for and my cost on a set of DD1s is $425 PLUS my cores. Is there really that much differance???

I have 275s and they worked quite well. I have since upgraded to mentals. I think they will be difficult to operate this winter. If I didnt already have my 275s I would buy the dd1s in a heartbeat. I just couldnt beat the price. If you are considering dd1s skip the bs and get the dd2s just because you already have 275s. Go big or dont waste your time. If I had to guess I would say that the dd1 is about a 300 or 305 compared to the 275. Your call. Is it worth the mullah for 25 or 30 hp difference. The torque will be enough, with either ,to take out a stock tc.

I have 275's in my truck; thanks to JR2.

They made a tremendous improvement in acceleration. I am anxious to tow something with them and will be soon.

$239 was my dealer cost. I sold a bunch of them for $269 a set. Yes, they are new Bosch.

I just put in some DD2's and I am glad that i did. I thought of 275's and some of the TDR members talked me in to DD2's. With the VA box the hp was over 300. The clutch is holding fine. If I had to do it again I would go with DD2's.

I would like to keep my old injectors and not turn them in on a core. Just in case I don't like them and I want to put my stock ones back. Does piers charge core charge on the 275's or just on the dd series injectors?

I think that you just pay the core to keep the old ones. The other thing is if you buy someones used ones.
