2en TSB for milage and smoke at start up

I took my truck in to the dealer today to get the flash for the transmission "Park Warning" and the tech checked for any other tsb's for my vehicle. The computer showed a tsb for milage improvement and smoke on start up. We both thought that I had a flash for this done last summer and upon review found that I did have a flash done for these issues. In reviewing the numbers for this tsb we found that this was indeed a new and improved flash for the same problems. I put about a 100 miles on the truck and find that the overhead reading the normal 19 to 20 on the highway with the cruse set at 62. I hope that I see some improvement when I get enough miles on tank of fuel to do a pencil computation.
