2nd 47re failure in 3 months

Hello. I know there have been many discussions on 47re transmissions, but I want to tell you guys what all has been done to my truck to try to fix it. New transmission cooler lines, flushed transmission cooling system, 1 locally rebuilt transmission, 1 Reman transmission from ETE Reman. The truck didn't make it back to me from the new transmission shop that I am using because something snapped in the transmission.

The engine is stock and no tuners. The TPS has been checked and adjusted by a well respected diesel mechanic.

Has anyone had this kind of problem before?

Depends on the issues for sure.

Did the reman break a front band lever or something?

Or did it break like OD snap ring that was reused and not replaced, mine took a bunch of heat and was pretty toasty. I have seen a few posts of those breaking.

Shouldn't you be holding the supplier, installer, rebuilder, etc. liable? No warranty or liability from either??...
