I have an Amsoil Ea 100 kit I want to install on my 98.

Ideally, I would like to put it in the top part of the eng. compartment ( for ease of access), but there doesn't seem to be very much room for it.

Also, how about the best place for the oil return line to re-enter the engine.

I inst. the same set-up on my 06, made a mounting bracket for the intake manifold, and it was pretty straight forward.

The 12V situation looks a little more complicated.

Again I did a search on this yesterday, but I didn't turn up anything.

I would rather not have to move the batteries out of the engine compartment at this time, if I don't need to.

Any ideas from you guys would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Ray

Here's what I did on my '98 for the BMK unit:

8 years now and I've had it out only once: when I installed the Optima batteries. Once the initial leaks were cured with sufficient torque, it's not leaked (except a little seepage past the filter gaskets) and there's never been a hose failure. Nothing's ever broken and the battery is unaffected by the dynamic weight of the filters and oil.
