The 2002 year tooling change affected the 2001.5's on the assembly line too. If the assembly line still had things like rear cup holders, fender liners, and hood insulation, CAD front axle, then they got it. But if the assembly line ran out then they didn't.
This is why you see some 01.5's without certain components and why you 2002's with those components.

correct, for the 98. Paid for it on 2/10/16
Also ordered & purchased the rear wheel linings, but that was in 2014. $182.67 including tax.
