2nd Gen UTE Bumper

I have a UTE bumper on my second gen. I can’t seem to find what the turn signals are or the bezel that’s in the bumper. Does anyone know where I could find some new ones? (This isn’t my truck, this is the exact bumper though) Thanks

Indicator looks from the distance much like the ones that ARB uses.
