Yep, but they are 17" in 2003+. I have a set on my 2001. Fit and look great. No problems at all.

Bolt pattern is the same and the 17 inch will work on all older rigs but you can not put 16 inch rims on a newer rig as they will not fit over the bigger brake assemblies of the new pickups.
