I have a 94 2500 2wd with 350K on front end. It's abit wobbley! I think these are the part#s needed:

MOOG Part # K7206T

Frt Susp; Upper; 2WD; Problem Solver

MOOG Part # K7205T

Frt Susp; Lower; 2WD; Problem Solver

Is there anything else I should be replacing on the front suspension? Any tips on getting the ball joints replaced?

What do the tie rod ends look like. I bought a new set of ball joints somewhere over 500k and it turned out the vibration was one badly worn tie rod. I replaced the ball joints anyway, but they weren't that bad.

I'm about ready to do my lowers for the second time at 208,000 mi. The uppers are easy, you only need to remove the tire and the press fits right in. For the lowers, I took off the wheel bearings and then the spindle for access. I discovered on my truck that the lowers were welded in at the factory with 2 spot welds on each joint. Mild grinding fixed that and then they pressed right out. Support the weight of the truck with a stand under the lower "A" arm. No alignment is necessary. I used a OTC "C" clamp press. Borrow, rent or buy from Harbor Freight (about $100).

i just did mine last month on my 99 3500. I left the rotor/knuckle assembly intact. It was very heavy and very awkward, but worth not having to take apart more part, however now that I think about it, I should have and repacked the bearings while I could have had it open.

As for tips, I supported the truck at the frame and then put the jack under the lower a-arm. loosen but do not remove the nuts from the ball joints and using a large ball peen, knock the knuckle off the joints. keeping the nuts on will keep the thing from totally blowing apart.

I did mine with hand tools in 3 hours.
