While there is a wealth of information on 4WD trucks and components, there is limited information for 2WD vehicles.

I've looked through this and other forums, but have had no luck.

I was wondering if anyone can give me advice, point me in the right direction, etc for where to purchase higher end front end parts (ball joints, tie rod, track bar, etc)? I need some work done and figured I'd do everything while I'm at it.

Any help and or advise is greatly appreciated.

Rockauto sells Moog parts. From what I understand, they're pretty good quality. You probably also wouldn't find a place cheaper than rockauto either.

Just wanted to get any input on the Daystar leveling spacers.

Does anyone have any experience or know of anyone who has used them.

I'm going to be putting 19. 5" wheels on in the near future and I like the look of a more level truck with them.

I just don't know if the material will hold up over time.

Thanks.

Car Quest has Problem Solver upper and lower ball joints (heavy duty) which I have had now for 30,000 miles with no problem. I hope they have the tie rod ends too because I may soon need them. Dodge calls it a Heavy duty truck but where ever they can use light duty parts they do. Typical sales B. S. Ford has emerged from all this without taking government money. Were they to use the Cummins instead of the power joke they could take the Dodge business for themselves. Their plant in Brazil is impressive. The most robots and a young intelligent eager labor force. I plan to keep my 98 12 valve but if it needed to be replaced I would go to Ford if they had a Cummins.
