2wd to 4wd Frame Compatability / dimensions

Hello Everyone, searching for a replacement frame for my 93 4x4, diesel, automatic, extended cab with 8' bed. (149" wheelbase)
Will any other frame work ? I have an opportunity to purchase a 73 2wd extended cab with 8' bed frame at reasonable cost. Is there a source for frame dimensions ?

If you want you can use the 2wd frame and just swap the running gear over , the frame is the same width you have to use the 4 wd cross members it has been done alot

I have a '92 ECLB D250 that I'll be pulling the engine, transmission, rear axle, front suspension, and some body parts and interior from hopefully in the near future. It will basically be a frame with the cab and bed. The front roof corners are rusted out and the bed's rusted out around a fifth wheel hitch.
