If your talking the hub extention's to mount the wheel's onto the frontend send me a PM I have a couple set's

Id sell or trade them for some new poly urthane gen 1 mounts for the engine and t-case mounts , also need a gen 2 (early ) interior engine wiring harness with plugs fire wall in , the rotors are not pretty

One word of caution. There are two different axles for the 4wd duallys based on weight rating.
4500# Used 'Budd' style wheels. The hubs had rings machined into them around the studs so the flanges on the wheels wouldn't be crushed. They also had 5/8" studs.
3500# Had 9/16" studs and the wheel mounting flange was flat.

I had to replace a hub on an old dually of mine. I didn't know the difference and the one I got was off of a 3500# axle. I didn't find out until I had everything put together and was surprised when the lugnuts slid all the way down the studs. I had to take it all apart and have someone machine the coutersink style rings into the 8 holes and drill for larger studs.
