I had my transmission done (trans-go shift kit, HD panetary and clutches, Pro tourque convertor, deep pan) while at the transmission shop they relized the pin had slid out of the carier and locked up the rear, destroying the planetary. I purchased a used 3. 07 rear they replaced all bearings and seals. However its a peg leg.

Does anyone know where I can locate a locker or limited slip for this rear.

No one makes a locker for this odd ball axle. The limited slip was still listed as in stock from Dodge about 6 months ago. Price was around $600.

I am not sure if the lockright will work or not with this being a one off carrier assy. Better call lockright before you by one.

I *think* Partsman is running lockrites with 307's. Maybe he will step in here. I *imagine* the only thing "one off" would be ring gear placement on the carrier. I can't imagine dana would make a separate set of spiders and side gears for just the 307 r&p.

Just remember a lockrite is a positive locker, and under power is will spin both tires, no matter what. If you are towing anything with a heavy tongue weight, you might want to rethink this. If its just a fun truck, then by all means go for it. It will give you positive traction.

Rieder raciing enterprises has the Power-Loc for your D70. It's what Dodge put in their turcks. I've only got 150K on mine and my wife's truck has 200K on hers both still working. Oh yea also have a 65 power wagon with an orginal power-loc still going after who knows how many miles.
