I've got a Samurai that I put a VW 1. 6NA in. You are right, the HP and torque of the little cummins would be nice but the size and especially the weight might be a problem. The Canadian VW 1. 9td can easily put out 100hp. That makes the little 2,000lb Zuk really hop.
