My new 22 3500SRW with 1500 miles will give me 3 random chimes and no light or message.....
It does not happen every day, but has happened on at least 3 days at different times....I tried to see if there is anything in common when it happens, but so far it appears to be random....I would take it to dealer, but it is hard to duplicate since today on my trip it did not do it at all. Yesterday on my trip it did it 4 different times.....Anyone have had a similar experience would love to hear about it.

Not seat belt chimes ? Try buckling the passenger seat belt and see if it stops doing it. I have heard some passenger seats are weight sensitive. Ie back pack briefcase etc and will make the alarm go off

Could be:

1. Your factory navigation updating you about changes in your current trip (traffic jams, accidents, alternate routes etc)

2. Your blind spot monitors alerting you to something in your blind spot.

3. Your forward collision warning system detecting a potential threat in front of you.

4. Red light camera warning. you have to have the NAV screen up to see the warning symbols pop up.

I did not use navigation yet
I check on blind spot warning and there was no-one next to me when it goes off
Forward collision and lane assist is turned off
Do I have a red light camera warning system?I will try to pay attention....

I will try the passenger seat belt. But there was only a Kleenex box and some gloves on the passenger seat...

A buddy said his friend has been having a similar situation. He describes it as a cow bell dinging. Does that sound the same?

Another thing to check, even though you say you're not using, front sensors could be dirty giving signal that they need to be cleaned. Those things get pretty stubborn when dirty with salt and other road grime. Only ones on mine are rear park sensors. When they have some crap on them, they scream when I put in reverse in the middle of a clear parking lot! Just wanted to throw that out there due to what I've encountered on mine. So many things in these newer trucks! Good hunting!

I've got that one many times... often a reflection or random light...or elevation change, and yes mine is off as well. When you hear it look at the EVIC and see what it is saying if anything..

That is the problem it does not say anything on the evic....no lights either...

Thank you I will check, but sometimes I had a message saying front sensors not available nerd to be cleaned...That did not happen this time...

Yes. Traveling in Delaware last weekend when it went off in my 2022. Found out it was the red light camera warning. Pull up navigation and you’ll see them.

I'd recommend to keep it on but set to medium or low Level warning. It can safe your life. Only on high level it is annoying. I
