Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 3 codes and the trannys going

Code 0216, 0500, 1693.



Took to the dealer and they replaced the injector pump under warranty. Oo. The 0500 couldn't find anything wrong with that and 1693 was from the injector pump failure. I told the Service manager that the trans also started slipping in first but he said the injector pump will make it feel like that. Well, its still slipping so back to the dealer. DTT might come in handys soon!!! I guess my only question is when I asked if there is a warranty on the new pump they told me only until 100,000??? If my transmission goes is the new one only under warranty until 70,000 Just seems like I should get a warranty on a new part, maybe I'm wrong.

do the 2002 trucks have a 70000 mile drivetrain warrenty? Or is that the 3rd generation bodystyles

The warranty info says 70,000 mile powertrain warranty.
