3 legged Dodge cummins update

This one put a smile on my face in one way and made me a bit more hostile towards the Dodge dealer today. Got my pickup back from the dealer after they replaced just the wheel bearing hub assembly. They claimed the caliper was just fine, free as it could ever get. I took my infrared temp gun with me to see if there was any temp difference between the sides now. Well low and behold what did we find but 50 degrees difference. Service writer then says "you might be right, we may have to replace the caliper". My money says they don't even have one of these temp guns or they could have checked this after their test drive. Wheel assembly in question after my usual stops tonight 202 degrees and the other side 150 degrees. If some of you guys that have experienced more brake dust on the right wheel than the left have access to a temp gun I would sure like to know if there is any difference on your pickups.

Had a lot of squealing from my right front brakes recently, I had the local tire shop pull the wheel and the caliper, we found nothing wrong. Reassembled it, with a plan to go back soon for new aftermarket brake pads. An interesting note: The 98 1500 Ram 4x4 that I traded in on this Cummins Ram 3500 had the right front brakes chew up the rotor at 14,000 miles... it was badly gouged, they had to turn it... this was after the dealership looked at it, and told me, "nothing wrong"... To their credit, they made it right, and it gave me no further problems.
I wonder what it is with this whole right side thing... . maybe the right side on the factory assembly line gets more faulty parts from suppliers? Maybe that side of the assembly line smokes more weed than the other side?
