What does it take to get 300 Hp from a 1995 2500 Stock?

I dyno'ed a stock 1995 five speed (175 HP) at 280 with a #5 TST torque plate. A bigger turbo such as the BD Super B should get it to 300. 215 HP injectors or similar would help too. The 160 HP automatic is harder to get to 300 but all the above stuff should do it.

I have the 160 Auto so i'll have to plan a path to get there.

the stock torque converter wont hold 300. an intake sytem and 4in exhaust can free up 50 horses.
