Take the valve cover off and right to the rear of the first set of rockers on the pishrod side, there is a screw with a jamnut. It takes a special tool to adjust and keep it right. It takes like a 8mm deep socket and a 1. 5mm allen. If you give me a couple of days I will look up the part number for the tool. It would be worth the 30 dollars for it. It makes adjusting it alot easier. I think you turn the screw out to to increase rack travel, but you might have to play with it, It is really sensitive too.
There might be a seal on one of the rocker bolts with a wire through the bolt, this is to let the dealer know if you have been playing with the fuel setting. If it is out of warranty then just cut the wire and take the little seal off and trash it and put the bolt in.
I will get the PN for the tool and maybe some copies of the adjustment procedure.
